創作和食の割烹料理店。カウンター背面をメインに歴史ある和洋の家具を点在させ、その家具達が主役となる空間を目指しました。そのため、家具の良さを損なわないよう、空間の要素を消し、和を感じるように繊細でかつ上品なディテールとなるよう配慮しました。そうすることで和の「凛」とした空気を表現しています。また、それらの空間を味わう前に前庭、エントランス通路には人々にお店周りの都会の空気から徐々に別世界に誘うように心を整える「陰」の空間を設置しました。そうすることでより陰影を感じ、五感が洗練された状態でメインの空間で五感を楽しむことができるようにと考えました。

Creative Japanese cuisine restaurant. We scattered historical Japanese and Western furniture mainly on the back of the counter, and aimed for a space that would be the furniture or the leading role. Therefore, in order not to spoil the goodness of the furniture, the elements of the space were erased, and consideration was given to the delicate and elegant detail to feel the Japanese. By doing so, I express the air of "Rin" of japanese ambiance. In addition, before enjoying these spaces, a “shadow” space was set up in the front yard and entrance passageway to prepare people to gradually invite people from the city air around the store to another world. By doing so, I felt that I felt more shade, and I wanted to be able to enjoy the five senses in the main space in a sophisticated state.
