神戸市の山手北野坂近くを立地とするこだわり抜いた料理とワインが主役のフュージョンレストラン。
外部・内部の白い壁やシェフズカウンター、盛付台カウンター等オープンカウンター周りを囲っているのは特殊な左官材で左官職人さんの手によって丁寧に磨かれました。
アクセント壁面には岐阜県小牧の白土を使用した掻き落とし仕上げの土壁です。
表面には緩やかな波模様をつけました。
この模様はある時は港町神戸の海水面にも見え、ある時は緩やかな大地にも見えるよう、左官職人さんの手によって制作されました。
他に大理石や飛騨の職人さんの手による椅子、ウォールナット板や流木オブジェ等この空間に使用している仕上げはこのレストランの料理の食材やワインに直結する「自然」をテーマとして選びました。
厳選された自然の食材を生かし、丁寧に調理される料理とベストなハーモニーを奏でるワインを提供するこのお店のように空間にも「自然」な素材のハーモニーが奏でられ、人の手が感じられる空間を目指しました。

A fusion restaurant that focuses on specialty cuisine and wine, located near Yamanote Kitanozaka in Kobe City. The walls surrounding the open counter, such as the external and internal white walls, the chef's counter, and the mortuary counter, are specially plastered and carefully polished by plasterers. The accent wall is a clay wall with scraped finish using white clay from Komaki, Gifu Prefecture. The surface has a gentle wave pattern. This pattern was created by a plasterer so that it can be seen on the sea surface of the port town Kobe at one time and on the gentle earth at some time. Other finishes used in this space, such as marble, chairs made by craftsmen in Hida, walnut boards and driftwood objects, were chosen as the theme of "Nature" which is directly connected to the ingredients and wines of this restaurant. Harmony of "natural" materials is played in the space like a shop that offers carefully cooked dishes and wines playing the best harmony, making use of carefully selected natural ingredients, and people feel the hands Aimed for a space that can be.
