有名な和菓子屋さんで修行を積んで来られたご主人が独立するにあたり新たに構えられた大阪枚方の和菓子屋さんのデザイン。
場所は病院や大学がそばにあり、生活されている人々にメインとなっている幹線道路に面しています。そのため、道路から見た時の印象を一番意識してデザインしました。
和菓子屋さんとしての和の空気感をもち、よくご利用される方々にも馴染みやすさをもちつつ、特に普段あまり縁のない若い方にも入って頂けるようモダンな要素を取り入れることをご要望されました。そこでファサードは既存を生かした前面ガラスを利用し、店内は正面にディスプレイされる和菓子が店外からも良く見え、映えるようシンプルな構成としました。また、和紙をメインの素材として和の空気感を演出しながら コンクリート壁のように見える木毛セメント板をアクセントの素材として 正面の壁、天井から浮いたディスプレイの箱、植栽スペースに使用しモダンな印象持つようにこころがけました。
これからこの地域の老若男女問わずみなさんに利用され、記憶に残るお店となってもらえればと願っています。

The owner of a famous Japanese confectionery, who has been trained and trained, is a Japanese confectionery store in Hirakata, Osaka, which was newly established for independence. The location is located in a hospital or university or in Paseo, facing the main road, which is main for the people living there. For that reason, I designed the most conscious of the impression when viewed from the road. The desire to have a Japanese atmosphere as a Japanese confectionery shop, to be familiar to people who often use it, and to incorporate motivated elements so that even young people who are not usually very enthusiastic can enter it was done. Therefore, Fasart made use of the existing front glass, and the inside of the shop was made simple so that it could be seen and shined from the outside of the shop, or a Japanese confectionery that was displayed in front of the shop. In addition, while using Japanese paper as the main material to create a sense of Japanese ambiance, the wood wool cement board, which looks like a concrete wall, is used as an accent material for the front wall, the tray tray box floating from the ceiling, and the planting space. I wanted to have a good impression. We hope that this store will be used by people of all ages, both young and old, to become a memorable store.
