三重県伊勢で初めてのワイナリーとそこで生産されたワインの提供や地元の食材の料理を提供するバーです。
店内の造作家具、ルーバー、玄関扉には伊勢産の杉材を利用しカウンターには地元の伊勢杉の無垢材を利用しました。
造作家具和紙： 正面の造作家具内部には百年以上にわたり神宮御用紙として、神宮大麻（御神札）の奉製に使用され、原料を丹念に精選し、清浄で風合いゆたかに抄造されていた伊勢和紙を採用。
玄関に設置している行灯サインは三重県大台町にアトリエ・ギャラリーがあるnijiiro さん（稲葉直也・寛子両⽒） の作品。
店内には伊勢神宮公認・伊勢の写真家・森武史⽒による伊勢をイメージした写真やおかげ横丁等伊勢の有名な施設のロゴ作品を製作されている書家の高潤生⽒に製作頂いた伊勢美し国醸造所のロゴ原図をディスプレイしました。
グリ ーンは伊勢にグリーンショップを構えている atooto さん（中田美香⽒）の作品を展示しました。
ワイナリーで製造された伊勢産のワインをカウンター横の窓から見える醸造所と共に伊勢を感じる空間で味わって頂ければと願いデザインしました。

This is the first winery in Ise, Mie Prefecture, and a bar that serves wine produced there and dishes made with local ingredients.
The interior furniture, louvers, and front door are made of cedar wood from Ise, and the counter is made of solid Ise cedar.
Washi furniture: The interior of the furniture at the front uses Ise washi paper, which has been used for over 100 years as paper for the shrine to make sacred talismans (sacred charms), and is made from carefully selected raw materials and is pure and rich in texture.
The lantern sign at the entrance is the work of nijiiro (Inaba Naoya and Hiroko), who have an atelier and gallery in Odai Town, Mie Prefecture.
Inside the store, we display photographs inspired by Ise by Mori Takeshi, an Ise photographer authorized by Ise Shrine, and the original logo of Ise Umashikuni winery, created by calligrapher Taka Junsei, who has created logos for famous Ise facilities such as Okage Yokocho.
Green exhibited the work of atooto (Mika Nakata), who runs a green shop in Ise.
The design was created with the hope that customers would be able to enjoy wine made in Ise in a space that gives them a taste of Ise, with the brewery visible through a window next to the counter.
