大阪にある創作和食の割烹料理店の東京店。
大阪店と同様にカウンター正面に歴史ある和の家具を配置、その家具が主役となる空間を目指しました。
家具の良さを損なわないよう、空間の要素を消し、和を感じるように繊細でかつ上品なディテールとなるよう配慮しました。
そうすることで和の「凛」とした空気を表現しています。
また、全体区画がいびつな長細い形状あることを活かし、中心にカウンターを配置し、和の家具や障子の間を通るように長い路地を介して廻りに個室を点在させました。
東京の景色が見えるカウンターや各個室で非日常的な雰囲気を感じながらどこにもないここだけの特別な食事を楽しんでもらえればと思っています。

This is the Tokyo branch of a creative Japanese restaurant located in Osaka.
As with the Osaka branch, we placed historic Japanese furniture in front of the counter, aiming to make the furniture the focal point of the space.
In order not to detract from the quality of the furniture, we eliminated any spatial elements, and took care to create delicate and elegant details that give a Japanese feel.
In this way, we express the dignified atmosphere of Japanese culture.
Also, taking advantage of the fact that the entire floor plan is long and narrow, we placed the counter in the center and scattered private rooms around it via a long alleyway that passes between the Japanese furniture and shoji screens.
We hope that guests will enjoy a special meal that can only be found here, while taking in the extraordinary atmosphere from the counter with a view of Tokyo and each private room.
