三重県伊勢近郊の食材を使って調理された料理を提供するイタリアンレストラン。
店舗内のあらゆる所の仕上げや物に伊勢近辺の方々の作品、素材を取り入れました。
カウンターは地中に何百年〜何千年の間埋まっていた際に炭化して自然に黒く変色した神代ケヤキを利用しました。
伊勢近辺で採取された大変貴重な物となっています。
店内の中心にある柱には三重県大台町にアトリエ・ギャラリーを持ち、伊勢市内でも活躍されているnijiiroさんの作品で店内のイメージ合わせて真鍮の薄板に表情をつけた素材をに施しました。
テーブル席上のペンダント照明も製作頂きました。
同じくカウンター横のオブジェも製作頂きました。
「熟成」「交わり」「時の流れ」をイメージし、華奢で柔らかな表情を持たせることで、どこか儚くも美しい一期一会のイメージも併せ持たせて真鍮や、相性の良いコンクリートと和紙も利用して表現しています。
カウンターやテーブル席廻りには多くの伊勢志摩地域の風景等描いてこられた鳥羽を代表し、美術館も設営された画家・野村昭輝氏の作品を展示しました。
野村昭輝氏は、１７歳から現在に至るまで約６０年、合計３千点以上の作品を書き続け、その中でも故郷である鳥羽や伊勢志摩の海辺風景を描いた作品が代名詞です。
その野村昭輝氏の油絵にnijiiroさんが大台町内の古民家で用いられていた古いブリキ板を巻いてシンプルな額装を施して頂いています。
カウンター正面に伊勢近辺の川で採取された流木を花器に利用し、伊勢にグリーンショップを構えているatootoさんの作品をアクセントとしてディスプレイしました。
植物はザクロ、ユリの種子等主に地域で採取されたもので構成頂きました。
空間は同じ施設内店舗と同様に素材や作品を感じてもらえる様に過剰な表現は抑え、シンプルなレイアウト、空間構成、ディテールとしました。
この空間から伊勢の良さを五感で感じてもらえればと思っています。

An Italian restaurant that serves dishes made with ingredients from the Ise area, Mie Prefecture.
The finishes and objects throughout the restaurant incorporate the work and materials of people from the Ise area.
The counter is made of Jindai Zelkova, which was buried underground for hundreds to thousands of years and naturally turned black due to carbonization.
It is a very valuable item that was harvested near Ise.
The pillar in the center of the restaurant is a work by nijiiro, who has an atelier gallery in Odai Town, Mie Prefecture, and is also active in Ise City.
The pillar is made of thin brass plate with a textured material to match the image of the restaurant.
The pendant lighting above the tables was also made by them.
The object next to the counter was also made by them.
The image of "aging," "interaction," and "the passage of time" is expressed by giving it a delicate and soft appearance, which also conveys the image of a fleeting yet beautiful once-in-a-lifetime encounter, using brass and the compatible concrete and washi paper.
Around the counter and tables, works by painter Nomura Akiki, who is a representative of Toba and has painted many landscapes of the Ise-Shima region, and who also established an art museum, were exhibited.
Nomura Akiki has been creating more than 3,000 works in total for about 60 years, from the age of 17 to the present, and is known for his works depicting the seaside scenery of his hometown Toba and Ise-Shima.
Nijiiro has wrapped Nomura Akiki's oil paintings in old tinplate used in old houses in Odai Town and framed them simply.
In front of the counter, driftwood collected from a river near Ise is used as a vase, and works by aotooto, who runs a green shop in Ise, are displayed as an accent.
The plants are mainly locally collected, such as pomegranates and lily seeds.
As with the stores in the same facility, the space is kept simple in layout, spatial composition, and details, without excessive expression, so that customers can feel the materials and works.
