大阪の新築大型ビルの飲食フロアに入る東京にもある海鮮をメインにした和食屋さんの２号店。
東京店同様気軽に利用頂くお店を目指しつつ、１品ずつ試行錯誤した料理に呼応するように考えられた素材を多用するように検討しました。
気軽に利用できるよう壁のないファサード側には共用通路に通る人に賑わいを感じてもらえるよう通路に沿って象徴的なオブジェが配置された大テーブルを配置しました。
店内は場所に落ち着いて食事できる無垢のカウンター席やテーブル席の一角も設置しました。
ファサードや店内壁にはかつてこの場所にあった歴史的な建物からイメージしてタイルを利用しました。
100%リサイクル原料を使って生産したタイルで考え抜かれた素材を利用して製造された独特な表情のタイルとなっています。
また、天井や正面一部壁には和紙を利用して織られており食材に合わせて海面のように水紋が表現された京都の織物壁紙を利用しました。
これらの素材と同様に試行錯誤して考えられた色々な料理を賑やかに時にゆっくりと気軽に利用できる場所となればと願っています。

Located on the food and beverage floor of a newly constructed large building in Osaka, this is the second store of a Japanese restaurant that also has a store in Tokyo, focusing on seafood.
While aiming to be a casual restaurant like the Tokyo store, we considered using many materials that were thought to match the dishes that were created through trial and error.
On the façade side, which has no walls, we placed a large table with a symbolic object along the corridor so that people passing by the shared corridor would feel lively.
The interior of the restaurant has solid wood counter seats and a corner of table seats where you can eat in a relaxed atmosphere.
For the façade and walls inside the restaurant, we used tiles inspired by the historic building that once stood here.
The tiles are made from 100% recycled materials and have a unique look, manufactured using carefully considered materials.
In addition, the ceiling and part of the front wall are woven using Japanese paper, and we used Kyoto woven wallpaper that expresses water ripples like the surface of the sea to match the ingredients.
We hope that this will be a place where you can enjoy a variety of dishes that were created through trial and error, just like these materials, in a lively, sometimes leisurely and casual manner.
